Our first briefing meeting is primarily a chance for us to meet and to discuss the area of land in question. The opportunity of a brief site survey during this meeting determines any specific requirements such as size, how much light, soil type etc.

I will then interpret your brief with a Planting Proposal, drawings (not to scale) & accompanying Quotation.

You will have the opportunity to respond to this, with a view to progressing with the project following your approval. However, should you feel the need to contribute or edit the design at this stage, then we will be happy to accommodate your views until you are happy with the result. You are not committed at any stage of the project, until you feel happy to proceed.

The Planting will then be ordered, delivered and installed at your convenience, and an ongoing maintenance schedule recommended if required.

Greensignature does not charge for meetings, as we want you to be comfortable throughout the whole project, from concept to fruition.
